Flat Fee MLS Program

This is a Limited Service Listing Agreement

Flat Fee MLS Program - $195* - Includes:

1) $195 Flat Fee due at time of listing which is NON-REFUNDABLE and Buyer's Agent commission at the close of the sale if sold by an agent.

If an agent brings a buyer, including any Best Choice Realty Group agent, and you accept an offer from that buyer, you will pay the Buyer's Agent a commission at closing. We require a Buyer's Agent commission between 2.5 - 3.5% on houses, and 4.0 - 5.0% on lots. If you sell to your own buyer without an agent, you pay NO COMMISSION!

2) Professional yard sign installed. Only the Best Choice Realty Group, P.A. sign may be used (provided signs are permitted by the association). Absolutely no For Sale By Owner signage may be used while the property is listed on the MLS. Best Choice Realty Group, P.A. will immediately terminate the listing if this provision is violated. You may however elect to have no signage. You are free to use any flyers you wish, and attach a flyer box or tube to the for sale sign.

3) Installation of electronic lockbox so agent's may easily show your home (as electronic lockboxes become available). If you do not care to have one on your home, just let us know.

4) Posting to the Major 'Home' websites; including BestChoiceRealty.net, NorthPortFl.net, BestChoiceRealtyGroup.com, Craigslist.org, our local MLS public web site, the #1 Buyer's site, Realtor.com, and many more.

5) You may change your listing at any time.

6) We will post your Open Houses on the MLS and web sites.

7) You may cancel the listing at any time, however any payments made for the MLS listing and other services are non-refundable.

8) Broker Support.

9) Access to required forms on request.
